We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be suitable for resale.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain intimate, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, or other personal-use products may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is non-returnable, this will be indicated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Worn or used intimate apparel.

• Underwear or other products intended for direct intimate contact, where applicable.

• Items marked Final Sale.

• Clearance or promotional items specifically identified as non-returnable.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or customized items.

• Items that have been damaged, altered, washed, or otherwise used after delivery.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Honey Seductive is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or eligible product, please contact us to determine whether an exchange is available.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.

Discounted or promotional items may have additional return restrictions. Please review the product description and applicable terms before purchasing.

Late Returns

Return requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.
